Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate SurfLink (e.g., hosting, storage, payments) under appropriate safeguards.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored on SurfLink's servers. If you set up payouts as a Creator, the identity, business, and bank account details needed to verify your account and pay you are collected by Stripe and shared between Stripe and SurfLink, together with information about your transactions. Stripe handles this information under the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. You can also request account deletion following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
